Clinical Symposium Sponsor/Exhibitor Information

Dear Podiatric Supporter,

Thank you for your interest in participating/sponsoring this year’s Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine Clinical Symposium cohosted by the Ohio Podiatric Medical Students Association & American Academy of Women Podiatrist’s.  We recently spoke about this and I am sending this letter to provide you with more information on the event.

This year’s Podiatric Clinical Symposium will be held on Saturday, November 17th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Independence, OH.  This year, the symposium will be worth approximately 6.00 continuing medical education credit hours.  In the past, we have had anywhere from 80 to 100 physicians, residents and students from the greater Cleveland area in attendance.

It is our goal to make this year’s Podiatric Clinical Symposium an even greater success than last.  With your company’s assistance, we know this is possible!  Your business may choose to participate in this event by sponsoring a speaker, breakfast, lunch or cocktail hour.  In addition, we have booths and tables available for display of your product or company information.  At the close of the event, we have a raffle for the symposium attendees, of which all proceeds benefit the Cleveland Battered Women’s Shelter; we are always looking for items, big or small, to raffle off!

If you and your company might be interested in helping with any of this, please let me know!  As a symbol of our gratitude, event programs will be printed out and distributed to everyone in attendance; credit will be given for all donations made.  Any and all efforts to promote the symposium with your donations, products, and presence are greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for your time and consideration in this matter.

Sincerely,

Saleena Niehaus
